too much pork

The highpoint of the day is that I unexpectedly prepared the best, most tender pork roast ever (garnished with red onion, apple slices, potato and carrots). After devouring two servings, I decided it was too good to keep to myself, so I invited my friend Julianne over for supper (and had a third serving with her). Oink!
