    I fully agree with the recommendations of the Juvenile Law Center about the access to the files of the young people who have been dealing with the Justice as minors. Letting these documents accessible to the public, it is exposing these young people to a double punishment by denying them any right to oblivion, by reducing their opportunities to reintegrate in society to little and depriving them from helps and support they can need in their existence. States should systematically seal such records, make them available exclusively for a restricted number of official services and automatically expunge these records after a certain time if the person does not reoffend.
